Isla Mujeres is a privileged place with a unique natural and cultural wealth in Mexico. Located just a few miles from the shore of Cancun, in the Quintana Roo State. This beautiful island combines the beauty of the Caribbean, the dense tropical jungle and the wonderful heritage of the Mayan civilization. The island is 5 miles long by 2.5 miles wide, it’s a perfect relaxation spot. Isla Mujeres is inexpensive to lodge but, with Cancun features and a slow pace and relaxing environment. Cancun is fast paced, but Isla Mujeres offers nature, bird sanctuary, diving, snorkeling and fishing.
